These portraits were created with the intention of honing my skills and kickstarting my journey back into illustration. I put out a call to request to be drawn on Instagram. Each portrait had a unique challenge and was drawn usually within the same day of receiving the image.
This process allowed me to not have to think about what to draw and gave me free rein to experiment while also creating massive goodwill giving away free portraits. All portraits are of friends, family members or self.
